	Flutter is a lovely ( probably ) female [[Aisha]] even though you dont see lashes. As a baby she fell into the [[Rainbow Pool]] and grew enormus red wings and the ability to change [[colors]]. There is no exact answer to where she lives but it's probably either [[Neopia Central]] because the [[Rainbow Pool]] or [[Faerieland]] because the [[Rainbow Fountain]] and of course lot's of flowers.According to the picture Flutter loves flowers.It is unknown if Flutter can change [[species]] as well as color.It is also unknown if she can changed into retired and or exclusive colors like [[robot]] or change into non-aisha form colors.
