'''Plesio''' is a [[Tyrannian]] [[Flotsam]] and was a member of the council of elders. He was the captain of [[Tyrannia]]'s sea division during [[The Tyrannian Invasion]], and used to look after the [[Wheel of Mediocrity]] before he was (to all appearances) replaced by a different Flotsam.

*In addition to a NeoDeck card, Plesio is featured in a [[plushie]].
*Since Plesio existed before user-painted Tyrannian Flotsam were created, the fact that they do not look the same is due to [[The Neopets Team]]s' decision to keep Plesio's personal appearance distinctive.
*As of the Wheel of Mediocrity's upgrade on July 21, 2010, it appears that another Tyrannian Flotsam has taken over Plesio's role as its caretaker. As many of Neopia's notable residents, such as [[Tarla]] the Ixi and [[Captain Threelegs]], have been receiving makeovers as of late, it may be possible that the "new" Flotsam IS Plesio, just with a new look. However, Plesio is still visible in the Town Hall in his original design, so the simplest explanation is probably that Plesio has, indeed, been replaced - by another Flotsam who seems to have inherited Plesio's lack of enthusiasm.
