The '''Lutari''' is an otter-like Neopet, released as a [[limited edition]] Neopet on April 19, 2006. Lutari are alert, friendly Neopets who enjoy playing games outside. They are excellent swimmers and spend much of their time in the water. Lutari get very upset at the thought of being left in the [[Neopian Pound]], and will run away to parts unknown if a user even tries.

The Neopet's release was long awaited as images of the Neopet in its four basic colours as well as [[Island]] have been on the image servers for almost a year. The first time a Lutari was officially seen was at the opening of the Happy Valley Ice Cream shop on December 21, 2004, whose shopkeeper is a Lutari, under the name [[Mr. Chipper]].

With the release of the Lutari, the launch of [[Lutari Island]], a new [[Neopian]] world which is only accessible via mobile phones, occured on June 24, 2006. It was developed by the company ''In-fusio''. A picture of the land has appeared in the [[Neopets Magazine]], and many Lutari Island items have been found on the servers, including two [[petpet]]s.

The '''Pygmy''' is a type and a species of monster only in [[NeoQuest I]]. Only found in the jungle and the [[Jungle Ruins]] within, the pygmies here have taken so many jobs, from knights and mages.

==History==
Years before the [[NeoQuest Hero]] appeared, pygmy tribes were taken to the research centre (which would become the Jungle Ruins), and lived in the jungle surrounding it. they were peaceful at first, but become violent, and were held back until [[Rollay Scaleback]] struck a deal with [[Kreai]] to help him overthrow his masters. The pygmies helped but Kreai eventually betrayed him, and have made the ruins of the research center their home.
The hero has to fight with 8 types of pygmies: pygmy, shaman, greater shaman, pygmy chief, pygmy warrior, pygmy sage, pygmy elder and a skeletal shaman.

Nobody has managed to win a single game against him, though even if they did, Master Vex lies about releasing them to begin with. Tor and Roberta awaken in Altador after being forced into a teleporter in Faerieland Castle by the Darkest Faerie. Once this is accomplished, Tor and Roberta head deep in the Hall of Heroes secret passageway to awaken Jerdana. Once she is awakened, Tor and Roberta are able to return to Faerieland to take on the Darkest Faerie in a final battle as she sends Faerieland plummeting down towards Meridell with Fyora's Rod.

The Eyrie was originally called the Cerpull which looked more like a dragon than a griffin. The Cerpull was renamed the Tatsu on the 13th of July, 2000. On January 26 the following year, the Tatsu was renamed yet again, to the Eyrie. The name has not changed since. To accompany with these name changes, the Eyrie gradually became less dragon-like by losing scales, horns and leathery wings, gaining feathery wings instead.

In redesigning the Tatsu, [[TNT]] held a Pick-A-Tatsu competition.

When [[Rohane]] and party come upon Balthazar at his grove, they find it bright and cheery unlike the rest of the Haunted Woods, and find Balthazar actually liking the presence of Faeries. After visiting [[The Brain Tree]], Rohane finds out [[The Four Faeries]] which Balthazar claims are his friends placed a curse on him, and needed to be defeated.

After killing the Faeries, Balthazar and his grove return to normal, and assumes Hubrid Nox is behind his and the Spider Grundo's curse. When Rohane asked why he didn't come with them, he said he needed to take a bath to wash the smell of Faerie off him.

Draiks appeared in [[Neopia]] without any warning, seeming to come from another world (later found out to be [[Meridell]]). Featured primarily as knights and castle guards in Meridell Castle, Draiks are curious Neopets that love to hunt, but never know what to do with their prey once they catch it. They also love going on adventures which can take them far away from home. It's also assumed the average Draik to be 3 feet tall as shown by the [[Neopets TCG]] card [http://www.neopets.com/tcg/displayCard.phtml?edid=2&id=5 Draik Soldier].

Draiks were released as [[Limited Edition]] Neopets along with [[Ixi]]s, but while Ixis are now available normally, no more Draiks have been released. Instead, they are available by visiting the [[Draik Nest]] with a '''Draik Egg''', allowing it to hatch (similar to the way a [[Krawk (Neopet)|Krawk]] is received). They emerged from the egg of the [[Giant Omelette]] in [[Tyrannia]], and have been hatching from such eggs on a daily basis since then, becoming native to the mountains and valleys of the land. The Tonu has a mane similar to a [[Wikipedia:Lion|lion]], and is completely covered by a thick coat of skin, which will render any attack on it near impossible. they can carry heavy loads with ease and are often seen working at construction sites. They also love to run around and cause havoc, knocking over whatever gets in their way.

He considers himself to be the best gamer in [[Neopia]], and has set several challengers for other Neopians to try and beat him.

He floats around in a special chair, bought for him by his mother; lives in his parents basement; and is humoured by his sister, [[Abigail]], who finds him somewhat amusing.

===Games Master Challenge===

Upon the release of the redesigned Games Room, Aristotle set users a selection of gaming related challengers on a number of qualifying Flash Games. There were twelve challenges, five of which had hidden terms that were not revealed until the challenge was completed. Challenges included sending a score on a set number of of games, sending a challenge card, sending multiple challenge cards, and adding a game to the users favourite games list.

Completion of each of the challenges earned the user a random prize, but all the challenges had to be completed in 8 days of the plot's release. Originally, this was going to be a day less, but was extended because users under 13 (without parental permission) were having technical difficulties with the challenges.

===Daily Dare===

Every day for the month of March, in 2007, Aristotle challenged users to beat his score in a differing game each day. Additionally, his sister Abigail also laid down a lower score that users could challenge if they wished to, instead of Aristotle's. The user did not need to stick to one or the other's score to challenge in each of the different games - they could challenge AAA's score one day and his sisters the next, for example, should they wish to.

Completion of each day's challenge awarded the user with a prize. The prize items were solely released in conjunction with this plot, unlike the Games Master Challenge.

Additionally, there were additional prizes available for beating AAA at each game on their day of release, for beating AAA or Abigail at each game on their day of release, for defeating AAA at all of his games by the end of the challenge, and for defeating AAA or Abigail at all of the games by the end of the challenge.

Asking for help, they laughed started picking up stones and twigs, throwing them at Balthazar as he ran away yelping and crying. It was believed Balthazar cast a spell with the [[Spider Grundo]] and [[Hubrid Nox]] (despite the fact they would never work together) which kept the sun up over the Haunted Woods. When [[Rohane]] and party come upon Balthazar at his grove, they find it bright and cheery unlike the rest of the Haunted Woods, and find Balthazar actually liking the presence of Faeries. After visiting [[The Brain Tree]], Rohane finds out [[The Four Faeries]] which Balthazar claims are his friends placed a curse on him, and needed to be defeated.

After killing the Faeries, Balthazar and his grove return to normal, and assumes Hubrid Nox is behind his and the Spider Grundo's curse. When Rohane asked why he didn't come with them, he said he needed to take a bath to wash the smell of Faerie off him.
