i dont have much experience with MSN, but as a general rule of thumb, just restart your cpu. ;)

did you search on yahoo to see if anyone else has had your problem before? Someone probably has, and has probably found a solution. Just do a web search for your answer.

mine did that once. i had to completely deleate it and readd the program.

or email the msnm staff. they're very helpful and they respond quickly.

Hey Cal...yep I sure have had that problem before...all I did was unistall and re-install :D ...good luck with it!
