Has anyone got a solutions on how to get the new secret avatar?

(Please use the spoiler tag)

Also, rumors are flying that this is a way for TNT to reduce the amount of neopoints flowing through neopia, curbing inflation. Probably true, and a good idea (although it's surely not going to be effective)

The solution is still unknown as of now, but we'll be sure to update you as soon as we find it! :)

EDIT: Thanks to infernal_kitty in our comments, it has been determined that getting a successful wish request is NOT the solution to the avatar.
I'm guessing it's random, but I could be wrong.
