I go to a public school, which I'm assuming is equivalent to a local one. I'm in a magnet though, so it's not that bad.

I think mine is public...
I mean you have to have certain grades to get in.
Thats the thing where I live, you have to choose your own highschool, and each one has different requirements.

Mine is local, I don't think there are private schools in Israel.
When I was in america, I was in a private school, and I didn't like it at all! To strict...

OK PEOPLE.

In England-
Public and Private schools are the SAME THING

In the States, I believe, Public School is the same as an English Comprehensive School (free)

I go to my local comprehensive school, which goes by the optimistic name of Appleby Grammar School. It's not actually a Grammar School, as it is free and not selective.

^ I don't think even public schools are free... Unless it's only paid by taxes.

There are private schools, but those are for the orthodox, or spiecal ones for american/british people (english speaking).
And if you live in Israel then you must know how highschools go around here.

I've gone to private schools all my life, except for sixth grade, when I was in a magnet program at my local/public school.

Public. Bow down to the bad teachers who don't think they get paid enough to deal with us.
