is it true that if you have over lvl 10 your levels wont be decreased to 1 with lab ray?

Well, maybe not in one hit with the lab ray, but I doubt that over time the lab ray couldn't drop you to level one again. My pet was a level 22 when we started, and she's been brought up and down alot.
