What happened to it? And why did a Chicken replace it? I may have been away when it was taken off, but I just now remembered it was there and the chicken wasn't always there...

The beanbag looked like a butt, I wanted beanbag as Part of the Furniture (though that's not a reason =P), and Arrow is the mascot. So they replaced it. :3

The red beanbag was taken off in favor of Arrow in late August (after a weekend of renovations.) For the most part the beanbag was established as a sign that the current incarnation of the forums were going to be a temporary thing, but as it was settled that we would just leave the forums as it is...we needed something to replace that header.

So why not use our poultry forum mascot Arrow the Chicken? ~:>

Well, I may not like Arrow, but I guess I'll have to get used to him...
