Before I ask this question. Yes, I realize it is my thoughts.

Just two years ago or so, I created a Shoryu that at the time was blue, and I wasn't the smartest person on Neopets at the time. Being the stupid person I was, and being young, I had put "Wiccan" into a part of it's name. However, it's full name is Wiccan_Mistress_Kei. But I usually refer to her as as Kei.

Forward this two or three years later. I am not new anymore, and I already have two main accounts that I usually use. My Shoryu is now purple and out the blue I notice her name.

Now it hits me that it shows Religion.

And it hits me if you aren't suppose to talk about in the boards, you probably can't use it in Pet Names or your own user name. So I do a little research and type in "Wiccan" into the search.

A red Aisha.

After clicking it, it had a notice saying the owner of the pet had been frozen.

So I type in "Pagan".

A yellow Lupe.

Also it's owner had been frozen.

Then I freak out, hoping that they weren't banned for their names.

The problem is now is that I have a gallery of about over 100 items, and three painted pets. It's my first account I even did something with, besides the one I had made before that.

I'm afraid of losing this because of a stupid choice I made during my first months to a year on Neopets.

Stupid me.

Only me.

I just wouldn't advertise the fact that you own a pet with that name. If you've had him for quite some time without Neopets knowing, you should be fine.

Just don't like, send his story in for Pet Spot light and stuff like that.

i think that if it become an issue, they would more likely delete the pet than freeze you. it's been so long though, maybe they will leave it be.

I would be scared for you too. Alas, there are some pets such as:
I_Love_Jesus
I_Luv_Jesus
Jesus_Christ
Jesus_Loves_You
Jesus_Is_Love
Jesus_Loves_Us
Jesus_Loves_You_Now
The list goes on and on... that's what I got from 2 minutes of searching...

That's alot of love he is sure getting from those pets.

Personally, I don't think any religion should be on there. I understand your mistake and I do hope they don't freeze you though. I know I don't want to be preached to on Neopets...where I go to get away from that kind of stuff. But it happens anyway -_-

on searching:

wicca and wiccan_rede are two pets that are NOT frozen. perhaps the others were frozen for a different reason?

i've been frozen for my username before, which is shadowassassin__. Although if they didn't catch you in the first couple of minutes of play, and still haven't yet, they probably don't care.

They froze one of my friends after 5 months for having allah in his username.

That's a tough one, I'd suggest disowning it, but that's really bad, and that makes the poor soul who ends up with it have that risk on their shoulders as well.

DON'T ADVERTISE IT!! I wouldn't of even posted it on PPT. There are people who like to get people frozen so lay low.

I totally agree. If you've had the pet for so long, you're probably fine. Just do not enter it in a beauty contest, pet spotlight, lookup contest or anything like that. There are people who report others everywhere. Be careful where you mention things.

My Eyrie's name is Metempsychosis, which is the belief that after death the soul of a human or animal form is reborn into another form of human or animal. So far I haven't been frozen for it as she's at least three years old and her picture's been in the art gallery a couple years ago with her name as the art title.

Yes, but Metempsychosis is not as obvious a religious term as some others. The monitors in charge of the art gallery probably don't know what it means.
