By the way, what about a game with just baddies? I mean, everyone is on a team and has to defeat the other teams, sort of rivalry between gangs...

What do you mean by that? When I was mafia last game, I only knew who mafia were, not the wolves or the cult.

The aim of the game is for the innocents to kill all the baddies. The tricky part of the game is that they do not know if someone is an innocent.

If each team had to kill all the other members, then only two things are important - "Are they in our team, or not?" Of course, they know the answer to that question

I think what they meant by that would be like, have the Mafia, Werewolves, Cult, and maybe something like, Orks and a few other bad teams all going at each other instead of Bad vs. Good. It'd be an all out Bad vs. Bad vs. Bad game...

thats a bad idea.. if it was like that, then there would be no use in execution because in a bad vs good game, the execution targets are possible baddies. If everyone is a baddie, then who is going to be targeted for execution? And there would be no accusations either, which is bad because its one of the things that makes this game fun.
