My vote for CW is in case TDG gets modkilled, and because I think he's evil. He's changing his votes randomly, or just bandwagonning, and I think it's an attempt to slip under the radar.

Though we don't know whether the rewards are good or bad for the innocents. :\

Maybe it gives him neopoints? :P

Maybe he gets rewarded with a bunch of SPs?

Maybe he gets rewarded with money? In which he can blackmail?
