Anyone know WHAT that is in his hand? It looks like a tiny little head... o_O

The pic always reminds me of the old Kids In The Hall sketch where one of the guys would play some weirdo who would always look through his fingers at random strangers and say "I'm crushing your head! I'm crushing your head!"
