"Everyone, it's time for the Veto Ceremony, please go to the living room," instructed WIS as he led the way into the living room, filled with two couches facing one another, a long wooden table placed in the center and one love seat facing the front of the room.

The Houseguest's took their places on the couches, while the nominee's took their places on the love seat.

"Welcome to the Veto Ceremony, I'll start by letting both Penguin and Rissa tell me why I should use the Veto on them," instructed WIS, "Penguin, you can start,"

Penguin stood up and said, "I believe I should have the power of veto because if I don't get it there is a fairly good chance that puppies around the world will cry. That is all,"

"Thank you," said WIS, "Rissa, it's your turn,"

Rissa stood up and made her plea, "I believe I am worth saving from eviction. I was nominated for a reason that seems fair - I appeared to be inactive," she added, "But it was honestly for reasons that were out of my control, and I think I deserve another chance. I have barely experienced this competition at all, and I'd like to see what else it has in store for me. I'd love to be given the opportunity to fairly judge my fellow houseguests if they were in my position and I was in theirs. I don't think that I should be saved because I am better than Penguin in any way, because I certainly am not. I simply think I am worthy of another shot, which I hope the Veto Winner can see," she explained.

"Thank you," said WIS, he glanced down for a minute while he thought about his decision. WIS glanced up and said, "I understood the reason that both Rissa and Penguin were nominated for, and it seems like a very fair way to nominate people in the very beginning of the game. However, I understand that Rissa has a reason for the brief inactivity, and I see that the penalty point has been taken away so I choose to save Rissa from the block. Sorry, Penguin!" WIS explained.

WIS walked over to Rissa and placed the Veto around her neck. Rissa took a seat next to Hansy on the couch. WIS turned to Hansy and Regan, "Because I have vetoed one of your nominations, you must nominate a replacement nominee,"

Regan and Hansy both stood up, Regan spoke, "In this case, we have chosen to nominate Crazy,"

Crazy nodded his head and took a place next to Penguin on the nomination couch.

"Crazy, you haven't been online since the game started, and since your penalty point is still there, it seems that you haven't justified your reason for your inactivity. We let you pass through the first nomination because it was just one day after the game started, but your situation hasn't changed since. This isn't anything against you, because we don't know much about you, but it's because of your inactivity. We want an active Big Brother 4!" exclaimed Regan.

WIS stood up once more, "This Veto Ceremony is now adjourned,"

The Houseguest's stood up and began to hug one another. Who will be evicted from the Big Brother house, Penguin or Crazy? And who will be the new HOH? Find out on Thursday!

Voting Day is Tomorrow - Some General Rules

Tomorrow is voting day in the Big Brother house and every Houseguest except for the current HOH's Regan and Hansy and the two nominee's Penguin and Crazy will be able to vote. In the event of a tie, the current HOH's (Regan & Hansy) will break it.

Starting tomorrow, each Houseguest must send me a vote to evict either Crazy or Penguin. You must also state why you're voting for either Crazy or Penguin to leave the Big Brother house.

You may NOT discuss your vote on this thread or with anyone else. Now obviously I cannot control what you do off the forum or even in PM's, but if anyone states who they have voted to evict on this thread, their vote will be declared null and void.

Once you have cast your vote, you CANNOT "undo" it. It is a final vote. Therefore I advise each of you to think carefully before voting.

If you are busy on Wednesday's and can't vote, send in your vote early after the POV Ceremony is posted but remember that you cannot "undo" your vote.

Remember that this will be the general set of rules each week but since this is the first week, I feel it's my responsibility to let everyone know how voting day works.
