I think that grasshopper pie is made with mint and chocolate, like the grasshopper cookies made by the Keebler elves

That, my dear, is because you have never had Strawberry Rhubarb pie. It is the Jesus, the Zoroaster, the Great Sky Eagle of pies (how many religions have I just doomed myself in? No matter. It's that good). Strawberry Rhubarb Pie is always the first, last, and only line of defense against crappy pies.
Except for Key Lime pie, which is a close second.

Or the grasshopper alcoholic drink?
Grasshopper walks into a bar. Bartender says, "We have a drink named after you." Grasshopper says, "You have a drink named Andy?"

... Steak and mushroom.
Don't like Apple pie, hate Mince pie, never had any other kind.
So... uhh. Yeah, Steak and Mushroom.

Apple pie!
Strawberry pie is very good as well.

Cherry pie for me, definitely. Close in second is key-lime, this wonderful Hawaiian pie that Piccadilly used to have, and some strawberry pies.

Top honors goes to Mud Pie - frozen coffee and chocolate and nuts. Yum.
Other than that, pecan and apple.
I'm really glad someone posted the definition of grasshopper pie, as I was getting momentarily worried. Insects + Pastry =/= delicious. Not that I'd know.

I also thought that grasshopper pie involved real grasshoppers and pastry. Mint and chocolate is definitely more tasty than eating insects.
But I do know that Mississippi Mud Pie doesn't involve mud.

I'm partial to apple pie, but I'm also fond of chocolate pie and oreo pie.

"Grasshopper" made me think of a pie that would hop away from me when I'd try to eat it, so that's what I chose. Woo.

cherry pie all the way!
but if i had the choice it would be chicken and mushroom pie

Out of the choices, pecan pie but my mum's home made steak and ale pie wins all.

so we're doing pies in my culinary class right now.
I have a pumpkin one to finish tomorrow. actually...by one I mean 4. lol.
I have a growing love for cherry pie though. It just depends on the filling. I like a tart red cherry.

I think I had a dream about pecan pie a couple nights ago. Someone was warning me about it, I think: "Be careful. It's delicious, but it has so many calories, it'll make you get sick and explode." And I remember knowing that they meant "explode" literally.
