You're right, but it's hardly far-fetched. At my level I should be making my own reeds. I probably should've been making them for awhile now.

Nope! The correct answer in #2. I only have my permit, meaning someone else has to be with there to help me drive and panic when it's appropriate.

I made region orchestra. That's hard to do. Everyone I met in districts and up could make their own reeds. It's very common among double reed players, and therefore with my skill i should know how by now, but I don't.

Wow. I never knew that. Then again, only one person at my school plays a double-reeded instrument(one oboe, that's it).
