((I'll just move along to get the story going))
Athena tapped her fingers against Ares' gate impatiently and sighed deeply with a frustrated tone.
"Oh for goodness sake! My brother surely had no manners at all when it comes to welcoming guest... or even letting them in!" she growled.
Ibid made quite a jump when Athena got so furious and flew up onto a rock nearby, just in case. Athena glared around with her eyes to spot any sign of life.
"Who am I kidding, if there would have been anybody here Ares would probably had killed them by now." she muttered and looked at the slightly scared Ibid.
"Come on Ibid, we won't stay here for any longer. I would have expected Ares to be here, but he's not, we can't wait for him forever you know." she said.
Athena peered around looking suspiciously at her surroundings. This made things a whole lot stranger, where could Ares be? If things were as they should be he would be at his palace planning his next war to strike down his enemies. But he was not. There was definitely something that wasn't right. She sighed once more, checking that Ibid was sitting safely on her shoulder. Then, by just merely a small waving motion by her hand, they both vanished into thin air.
Athena regarded the road she was now standing on.
"What the...? I did not want to transport us here!" she said angrily.
"Ibid, this is definitely not my day. Well then, let's try to get to where..." she said stopping quite suddenly as she saw what was standing ahead of her.
"Well if it isn't my fathers dear Pegasus, with Atalanta of all people!" she said and smirked.
Ibid knew her mistress too well to be sure that she was not the kind of person to just let something like this slip past her without knowing every inch of the story. It was already too obvious she was determined to get to know what was going on all around her. Ibid purred a bit as if to tell Athena something, then he flew up into the nearby tree to try to take a nap.
