Yes, I'm back. Alisquid swore to prod me until I did, so...
Anyway, you an use that one on the first post of gnome threads ect, you have no need to use them in welcoming newbies. For I, Shadowfare, have here in my...er...photobucket account, A WELCOMING NEWBIE IMAGE :D :D Two infact, and both in different colours. ((That probably sounded really stupid to everybody who dosn't live in the UK and know about politics :P ))

You can't expect you're gnome graphic master to desert you ((Well, I was, dunno if I'm still graphic master anymore)) and let you survive with the normal, boring, non-gnomish smileys. Yes, its true, bring in the two gnome smileys (other people made some, but I didn't save them)

I know I'm not supposed to be at the forums right now, but I had an idea... I'm not going to make you use it, I'll let you people think it over...

We could have certain people be official Newbie welcomers, but still keep their old positions... Then between them we would divide the newbies screen names alphabeticly... Ex: Bob welcomes the newbies whose names start with an A - M, and Ed gets N - Z... Okay, uh... Bye...


BTW: Those welcoming images are awesome... Keep up the good work Shadowfare... :)

Edit: I'll probably be back around Halloween... We need to do something special for the occasion... (And Christmas too...)

yeah, I've been having fun causing confusion with the welcome banners, lol. As for the Weekly Address, we should cetainly start that back up.. by the way... every DID get their "gnome" av off neopets for gnome day, right? If not, I've got a gnome I'm willing to lend around. They're only about 200np, at any rate.
