I blame this on the Boris quite frankly. Its obvious instead of melting Taelia's icy prison the Keeper of Time transferred it onto Arrow

Oh no, he should have took heed of everyone's advice and not post on neoboards, play flash games, play luck/chance games, restock, send neomail or buy anything from user shops, trading post and auctions.
