Moving Up = Placing higher in the Countdown.
Example,
I vote for Evanescence - Lithium to move up in the Countdown.
Result,
Last week Evanescence - Lithium was #12, this week Evanescence - Lithium is at #11.
Moving Down = Placing lower in the Countdown.
Example,
I vote for Evanescence - Lithium to move up in the Countdown.
Result,
Last week Evanescence - Lithium was #12, this week Evanescence - Lithium is at #13.
Example,
I vote for Evanescence - Lithium to move up in the Countdown.
Result,
Last week Evanescence - Lithium was #12, this week Evanescence - Lithium is at #11.

Just letting you know, a new Countdown WILL be posted this Friday. Last week it wasn't posted because I was on a trip (Which I mentioned earlier).
