Paper Mario - N64

Hi..I have a Question about the game Paper Mario for N64...ummm i have made te cake before i just dont know what i did wrong...he says its about the Time....i do it for 30sec.......what can i do to make it work....a stopwatch?

EDIT: YAY! i made the cake!!! but..... how do i diffet Kent C.? i get him down low but.......he gets me even lower! and i dont feel like paying him even though i have like 253 coins!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrr what do i do?? buy alot of stuff???? any one?

From what I remember, to defeat Kent C. Koopa, you need to use badges that will give you hammer/jump attacks that hit through defenses. Since he has such good defense, you really need these to have a chance.

Will he go away if i go to the flower place and level more? or does he saty intill i pay him or fight him?
