Meiou explained to Ryoko what exactly shed done and what had transpired. "Im not real sure but going back and jus apologizing right out might be the best apology to go with. As for how can you face them? Their our companions im sure theyll forgive you for something that you cant quite control. "

Amdir turned her head slightly, feeling she was being watched. She knew the most likely reason; it was the book. She did not worry, they could not read it, for only she knew the language of her Dragons, and, even if they tried to read it, it would only look like jibberish.

Kisa said something, but her words were said too quickly for anyone to understand. After that, she jumped up and ran towards the cooks tent. A few minutes later, she left the tent, carrying a large tray filled with fruits and vegatables. Then came the cook, carrying a tray filled with many different kinds of meat.
They carried them to the fire, near the log where Amdir was sitting. Amdir glanced up, and then returned to her book, finishing the page before putting in something to mark her place.

When Kisa arrived with a large tray of fruits and vegetables, Elily suppressed the urge to cheer loudly. Finally someone understood and respected her wishes! Without looking at anyone else, she made her way to the tray, and picked a few berries. Mmm, just fine, not too ripe too. She licked her lips a little, closing her eyes and savouring the taste. Elily grabbed a few more fruits and slipped one or two into her robes. It couldn't hurt to have a spare backup of rations.

As Kisa and the cook brought the trays out, the Denatou neared. Some of them went into the tent to bring out plates and eating utensils, but most got in line. Kisa and the cook put down the trays on a log that looked strangely like a table, and the Elves that had the plates and utensils set them down nearby, and got in the line.
Amdir, seeing what she was supposed to do, got at the end of the line, and waited to see what would happen next.

It seemed like days, weeks, months, and yes even years since they had seent the children, Hoping the kids were still safe before they could reach them, knowing that obsticles were placed in the way, wolves in sheeps clothing, and even demons. Nothing must stop them they must get to the children.
