Come one, come all to the latest installment of the Monthly Art Contest!

The Monthly Art Contest for the month of November is.....

*drum roll*

NEOPETS-INSPIRED COMPUTER GRAPHICS

Rules:

1. All artwork submitted must be your own work. Anyone caught copying a work from someone else will be banned from the Monthly Art Contest and there may be more serious consequences around the forum.

2. All computer graphics should be submitted by PM or e-mail to Rachel or Ammer. Only one entry per contestant will be accepted.

3. All entries are due by 5 PM EST on Sunday, November 23rd. All entries will be posted on Sunday, November 23rd with winners being announced on Monday, December 1st. There will be two winners for each competition. One winner will be decided by the members of the forum and another winner will be decided by members of the staff.

So, do they have to be hand-drawn or can you use actual Neo pictures?

You must use a computer program for anything you submit.

Examples of programs you can use: Paint, Photoshop, Gimp, etc.

Examples of what I am looking for: Computer wallpaper, forum set, blog, etc.

So I guess we can draw it by hand first scan to the computer then use paint or photoshop to colour it in and touch it up.

If you hand-draw it first, it's considered to be hand-drawn art, so it would not be accepted. Hand-drawn art will be an upcoming contest again in a few months though

The entire project for this month needs to be done using the computer.
