I was thinking about getting Kazaa Lite but I dont know anything about it. And I was wondering if its like the old Kazaa with the unnessary ads and all. Plus, I heard that some of you guys use it so I just wanted to know more about it and if its worth getting.

I wouldnt use Kazaa or Kazaa Lite.

Go for Bittorrent, its must faster and less chance of malicious files.

Yep, bittorrent is free ^^

Kazaa Lite is not legal. *coughs* I use it. *cough cough* It doesn't have ads Kazaa has. Basically it works the same as Kazaa but without the annoying ads that when you run adware it forbids you to use Kazaa. I think that's about it.

It is free but the RIAA and MPAA is beginning to place bogus files in the listing.

Kazaa Lite K++ is not easy to find now that the real Kazaa Lite mirrors were "erased" in order to fulfill the requests made by the RIAA.

BitTorrent's only better if you're downloading a whole set of things, but it is true that there are less chance of malicious files because the title doesn't lie. I haven't downloaded something with BitTorrent which isn't what it said it was.. whereas on Kazaa Lite K++, it happens more often. Kazaa Lite K++ is better if you're getting just an mp3 and if you don't want a whole set. BitTorrent would be undoubtedly better if you're getting a whole set, and safer.

Kazaa Lite++ is good. I agree to what Wayne says. BitTorrent is good at downloading group files and huge files without getting fake files.

My friend told me about Limewire and he said it was really good. I downloaded it but it doesn't connect :(.

Just remember to scan for viruses.

I have had, Napster, Kazaa and Kazaa Lite. Kazaa Lite is the best out of all three. I still have it. It downloads fast, no ADS or spyware and it's faster than other programs (Faster than Kazaa and Napster). But it is hard to find.

Relax, I only use it to download video game files mostly (the ones impossible to find anywhere on a CD). :P

What version of Pandora's Box have you heard?

The "official" version would imply that after all the terrible things that infect your computer, the most terrible thing would be incompatible with your operating system.

Oh, joy.
