Star Trek, because:

1. It's stood the test of time, I doubt House will be around for more than a couple more years.

2. Has one of the largest and most loyal fanbases ever, when compared with other television shows (and there's a reason for this).

3. I've been waiting to see House get bumped off, and, well, I can finally say "I don't really like Star Trek, but I can say, without a doubt, that it's superior to House." and mean it.

Which Trek is this? I see what is given and think Original, since each series is different and should be counted separately!

Original Trek it is for me since Kirk is still cool, even though Sisko is the better captain. Besides, as Shatner told us on 'How William Shatner Changed the World', we wouldn't have all the technology we do if nerds watching Original Trek weren't inspired. Not to mention all the battles for morality The Great Bird of the Galaxy presented us. One last feather in the greatness cap of Original Trek: First interracial kiss on US TV.
