What's the brand? How old is it? Have you recently updated the software for it? Are you getting an error? If so, what? If not, what happens, if anything? Have you tried starting an audio CD manually by clicking on the drive letter in My Computer?

I may not have any idea what the problem is, but unless you provide as much details as possible, I don't believe that anyone else will be able to either short of a wild guess. ^^;
