It depends... sometimes only a week or so because I find out a better idea... I kept the black pirate one for nearly 2 months :P
In the beginning I changed every month or so, though, I was wuite regular.

...I don't change it all that often. And when I do change it, it usually changes back to my current set after a few weeks.
