Wow. I'm so glad we don't have a really strict dress code/uniform. We just have pretty much decency rules. No spaghetti straps, tube tops, etc..... If I were you, I'd go as far as possible to stretch the dress code. Follow the letter of the law, but don't be traditional. Maybe a navy shirtdress, a black tie as a belt, kitten heels. Can you wear hardware, such as studs, etc? And are there rules about looseness/tightness? BTW, Pacsun is more of a surf/skate shop than punk.

Wow, your school's dress code is strict. :o

I suggest Old Navy, Abercrombie (it has all those dull colors) and Gap.
