I'm glad you got this all sorted out. Did you find out the real reason why you were frozen as opposed to the computer generated response?

Nope never got the real reason. I figured that I got my account back so there was no point pushing it.

I also tried to get my side accounts back (I forgot the birth date for the side account). No luck. TNT said the accounts were inactive for too long so they were unable to be returned.
