I just realized that the resized version of the picture I submitted to this week's RC doesn't look very "Pop Art-ish" due to the resizing. The halftone mask I put over it was obliterated thanks to the shrinkage and the JPEG-ness and... well, we'll see how that affected my chances at placing tomorrow, I suppose.

Lab ray hates my petpet, as usual.

I didn't make it into the Random Contest! Not even a third place.

That's really nice! I was thinking about doing one, but decided I wasn't arty enough to put the time into it. And the new random contest is too arts and crafty haha. I'm out of luck, but I hope you do get something for it

Aw, thanks you two. ^_^ This is only my second RC (the first was that Magazine Description one, I think. I lost that with good reason). I just really want that avatar.

Gloat: I got a friend from another forum to join Neopets. Hopefully she'll actually stay. :roll:

EDIT because I don't want to spam the thread any further: I thought I'd heard that before, Daze, but I wasn't sure if that was the case for the RC or some other contest. Thanks for telling me.

If you have placed 3rd, you don't get notified straight away.

I placed 3rd in the Random Contest, I didn't even know until many weeks later when I got the nmail and trophy.
