RULES
What you do is you look at the list and see who you give a treatto(some people got a PM).Then,on halloween night you buy a halloween candy(any candy as long as it's more than 50np to buy)and give it to them.To get the neopets username,your will have to PM them yourself.I will give everyone who trick or treats an extra candy.
