Thanks, Siniri. I am attempting to get the prize information all updated in the second post this afternoon. Life has been stupidly busy and stressful the last few days, to the point where I've barely had time to complete the plot steps or do dailies, etc. I did eek in buying the 15 items, etc, late yesterday evening. The bonus prize for completing Act I IS still possible to get, as a few people proved today.

The new steps have great potential. We'll see how they're executed. Some commentary I've seen is that people are desperately hoping that the Voidworks isn't like the Plumbing from the Altador Plot and the Doglefox isn't like the Valeous from the same plot. I personally am hoping that the Act I battling/hospital will get phased out here soon.

I am unimpressed with the items that were added to the prize shop. Disappointed that some of them were, as well. Also disappointed that absolutely none that were added are unique to the plot. Also disappointed that of all the Negg-related TCG's they could've picked...they picked one I already had. I guess having saved the bulk of my points wasn't really worth it after all. Ah, well. Maybe there will be some good things show up in Act III?

I am also unimpressed with the inclusion of yet more strength-boosting items in the hospital pool. They have successfully destroyed the value of Nerkmids, and now are destroying the value of the Bubbling Fungus, the only items that were unique to battling for Premium, essentially devaluing the Premium service further.

I guess we'll see in two days if the Void Essence prize pool has changed, as well.

I am dismayed by the extremely poor security at that "high level" council meeting... yoiks.

While the Hospital Volunteering Act 2 is not yet active for me, I can see six slots on the (desktop) web page(!)

Pet the Doglefox -- With zero expectation of success, I played (talked with) my Doglefox petpet. While the petpet was happy, nothing else happened

My luck with Bullseye potions is currently negative at around -2 overall. 4 more to try today, though

ETA: After 20 bullseye potions, I am currently at -5 from where I started.

Blue, you're having really bad luck with the bullseyes. Hopefully they'll switch over to the strength serum soon, so at least there's no chance of a negative. And you can train defense at the same time with the other item!

I'm assuming the doglefox in question is Juni.

I hope at least one of us gets a decent prize at void essence at some point.

Six slots? I might have to adopt a sixth pet? Ugh. I guess I should get that ready before tomorrow.

But, it was fun playing with my Doglefox.

Looks like I need another two pets if we need 6 plus 1 battle pet...

I thought six was the max though. So I guess my battle pet will slowly fall farther and farther behind the others.

Hmm.. I have never put my battle pet into volunteering. I figured she's way too tired and needs to recuperate from beating the Voidsters.

Well, I did accidentally send the same pet on two shifts at the same time, and they actually worked, but I don't want to risk doing that again.

Today's tasks:

1) Finish hospital volunteering and start new one x2 (can be done every six hours, up to 4 times/day).
2) Collect 10 void essences (Faerieland, Meridell Castle, Tyrannia)
3) (Optional) Obelisk/regular Battledome challengers (if you want any of their drops; if you'd prefer plot drops, swap with step #4)
4) Battle in BV wave I and/or II
5) Daily quests and Trudy and regular dailies

New trophy for 10k points will start showing up today.

I can't wait until the new slots open, but I expect it'll be a slow trickle...one at a time, as each wave from the next set of battles come.

Wow. You could miss only 2 hospital shifts to have the new trophy already (maybe none, I forget exactly when they started). I've only missed 7 (140 points), which I feel is pretty good.

I should hit the new trophy early tomorrow.

I am still 1,117 points away from 10k (I still need to finish battling today). r I can only manage 3 shifts/day (x2), not 4. Nope. I suppose that means I am 3-ish days away from that trophy.
