anything like a really weak photoshop for pc? i can't buy it sadly so it needs to be freeware. i'm not looking for anything monumentally great, just a program that lets me draw and make it black and white or sepia with other effects. i used to have somthing like this on my old windows ME but now i have xp and only ms paint. if there is anything like what i'm discribing please link. thanks

Well, there's photofiltre.

If you want something more powerful, I'd suggest The GIMP.
