Ugh. I just got this. I obviously wasn't bright enough to get this on my own, though. Too busy celebrating St. Patrick's day, if you know what I mean. (And you probably don't, but oh, well.) But these clues definitely squared it away for me. Thanks.

I got this after the answer was leaked to 200 neopians :x .

Anyways heres a general hint. Turn on all distractions so your mind drifts off (what i did, I turned on the tv to see barney:D). After that there are 2 steps to figuring out this one but dont decoder it.

7 letters with 1 or 2 vowels is also another reason not to decode it.

I think someone has given away a bigger hint.

It's supposed to be and people were warned and frozen in the past. I don't know why it only happened then, but with the new temporary bans and such, you'd think they'd do it.
