All the Citizens could evolve into Sages, and each of Pipsqueeek's instruments had a hidden passive effect, such as slow healing, double voting, chance to avoid targeting, etc.

So I'm back (finally), and since the innocents have everything wrapped up nice and neat in a little package, I'm gonna go ahead and end this (lord knows you've been waiting long enough).
