((Let's get this thing moving, shall we?))
Ayven quickly put Meeno back down at her feet, and the small ferret took off immediately. Ayven followed after him, leaves and twigs crunching under her feet. He was leading her not back toward the wagons, but farther out into the desert. Soon the trees ...

They'd parked near where the desert began thickening with plantlife. A small pool of water stood nearby, among the first trees Ayven had ...

Re: Shakey shakey
We just had another one at 12:38 AM. It was a 4.5.
I was sitting up on the couch watching TV and eating my usual bedtime snack of cereal when I felt a mild shaking. Being the doom-death-and-destruction lover that I am, I was like "SCORE!" XD But the worst part is that I hit mute on the TV and was ...

I'm a bit closer to the epicenter than you guys. The first one woke me up. I felt my bed shaking, and I was like "Whoa, that's an earthquake." and then after it stopped, I looked at the clock and then went right back to sleep XD

Re: Stupid Things You've Done and want to Share with the World
Chass, has anybody told you lately that you're weird?
Because just in case they haven't, I'd like to remind you.
Incidentally, you'd get along well with my best friend from uni. She appears to be as clumsy as you. This is the friend who sprained her ankle and they went to get it looked at. It ...

CDs and DVDs mostly, as that's usually what I go for (including Firefly on DVD =D) and an iPod docking station/alarm clock, and a sleeveless shirt that says "The Romans wouldn't let us have sleeves." Fun.
