A Mathematical Equation
Written by: Lillie
I am leaving half a world away
To a city I visited a negligible number of times
In proportion to my life thus far.
My friends will be equally divided
Among the four quarters of the globe
And none of them with me.
All the memories of my remaining estimated
Eleven fourteenths of the rest of my life
Will begin creation there, soon (in less than ten weeks).
But still I cannot take with me
The whole of my life and the half of my love
That I am leaving behind.
