The Weebly is a Petpet that can only been obtained by a lucky zap from the Petpet Lab Ray. It is a small, green and red Petpet that looks something like a monkey. Because Petpets that have been zapped by the Petpet Lab Ray revert back to their original form when removed from their Neopet, the Weebly can not be placed in a user's inventory and thus cannot be sold or traded.
Like the Floobix, the file name for the Weebly's image suggests that it was originally intended to be Lutari Island Petpet.
