Sophie is an Ixi who lives alone in a damp hut surrounded only by Meowclops within a swamp of Meridell. She makes it a habit to scare Neopets away from her and sometimes even turning them into Petpets or Petpetpets. Though a little crude in her actions, but is generally a good character, but wishes to be left alone.

Neopets: The Darkest Faerie
During the events of Neopets: The Darkest Faerie, Sophie helped Tormund and Roberta gain access to the Werelupe den and fight the Werelupe King.

- Many Sophie related items were added to Neopets on April 6, 2006, including Sophie's Stew, a game in which you help her make a "delicious" stew.
- On April 20, 2006, Sophie was featured in Better Than You with the game Sophie's Stew, in which she scored 1250. The prize was a Shadow Ixi Plushie. Quoted as saying...
