The Shop Wizard is a tool used by most Neopians (more commonly used by restockers and Neopian economists) to find the rough lowestprice. Using the Shop Wizard (or more fondly known as the SW) is simple. All you must do is ype in the items name and press enter; however you may specify this further; you may change identical to my phrase, add an estimated value or even search galleries. Contrary to popular belief; the shop  wizard will not give you the absolute lowest prices, it will give you a selection or a "list". The list is specified by the users first letters of their name, so it is suggested to use the lowest price from 8 different refreshes. There is now the Super Shop Wizard (SSW) which will give you the lowest price in Neopia.
The Shop Wizard is used by many Neopians as a tool to find an approximate low price for an [[Item|object]]. This may be useful for pricing an item they intend to sell in their [[shop]] or on the [[Trading Post]], to determine what a good price at which to buy or [[restock]] an item would be, or to value an item.
 
To search the Shop Wizard, the name or part of the name must be entered into the search box on the Shop Wizard page, and the search button clicked. A user can also choose whether to search for the search term exactly as it is or to search for object's names containing the search term.

His powers are limited though, and can only find average prices of the item. Also, it does not search all shops but divides the shops into groups of roughly equal sized based on alphabetical order and it searches the groups on rotation.
