Donna Powell (b. 10 December 1978, England) formerly Donna Williams and also known as Poptart, is the co-founder of Neopets alongside Adam Powell. Donna used to focus on the creative development (such as artwork and New Features) and marketing of the website. When Neopets first began, Donna took care of the artwork for the site, and drew the first Chia. She also helped create plots, oversaw the Neopets Magazine and contributed to questions in the editorial of the Neopian Times. On 27 September 2008, she and Adam Powell were married after knowing each other for twelve years.
Prior to Neopets, Donna was a marketing manager for Shout! Advertising from September 1997 to July 1999, responsible for internet advertising, sales, and graphic and web design. From July 1999 to early 2000, Williams worked at Speedyclick.com.
Adam and Donna founded Meteorgames in 2007, and they no longer work for Neopets as of 2008.
Donna has two cats and a cockatiel. She enjoys music - her favourite band is Coast as shown on one of her Neopet Lookups - going out with friends, and playing computer games.
