[[Donna Williams]] (also known as ''Poptart'') is the co-founder of [[Neopets, The Website|Neopets]] alongside [[Adam Powell]]. Born December 10, 1978 in England, Donna focuses on the creative development (such as artwork and [[New Features]]) and marketing of the Neopets website (Neopets real life merchandise). When Neopets first began, Donna took care of the artwork for the site, and drew the first [[Chia]]. She also helps create [[plot]]s, oversees the [[Neopets Magazine]] and contributes to questions in the editorial of the [[Neopian Times]].


Prior to Neopets, Donna was a marketing manager for [http://www.shoutad.com Shout! Advertising] from September 1997 to July 1999, responsible for internet advertising, sales/services, and graphic/web design.
