Neopets Terms and Conditions

The terms of service each player agrees to when signing up for their Neopets account. These rules govern on-site behavior, including how many accounts one person may have (see Multiple Accounts), what is acceptable to be discussed on the NeoBoards, and what is t classified as cheating or scamming. Some off-site behaviors are also discussed, such as using Neopets art on personal webpages. Violating the Terms and Conditions may lead to your account(s) being frozen or suspended.
