The Keeper of Time is the Bori King frozen in the Ice Caves along with the rest of the Bori.

During the time which the Bori were frozen, the King kept a watch over them. He told Hannah to unite the keystone with the Heart of the Mountain and after she nearly succumbed to the curse of Ta-Kutep, the Bori King knew that Taelia was the only one who could help.
