Horak is a Desert Aisha who is the fourth opponent of the game Tug-O-War. She will stop at nothing to cheat her way to winning any Tug-O-War game. In a Neopets Magazine story (Issue #11), Horak was proven to cheat, tying weights to her feet to help her chances.
