A Darblat

The Darblat is a penguin-like Petpet released on August 9, 2007, who inhabit the frozen wastelands of south Neopia. While they look friendly, it's believed to be a front, and are more sinister than they present themselves. The Darblat is known for the blat like sound that it makes when it is happy.
