Two weeks ago I received a neomail saying I had reached enough referrals to get paintbrush and it had appeared in my stuff.... but I never received it....

How can I go about getting it?

The only thing you can do is to send a bug report in and then wait........and wait.........and wait some more! Sorry but theyre not very good about giving items back that have been lost along the way.
