Well for my site Trenopets we had a create-a-pet contest and recieved an awesome entry.

I haven't seen it prior to this... If you really want to be sure, perhaps you can ask them to draw it in other poses? And maybe you pick the pose or ask them to draw it in some other situation so that you can test it?

Ok... they don't have any more... Um if they actually drew it "not having any more" shouldn't be too much of a problem if you give them a few days to draw more or something. That smells really fishy to me.

You said this is part of a create a pet contest, were the entrants supposed to help with further development of the pet? Like is this an opening for them to take an artist position there? If so, they aren't holding up their end of the bargin.
