Geez, im so tired of being frozen. It's been 3 months and yet, no reply. I get the same thing.. This account has been frozen for Cheating/Scamming other users. I would never ever do that, but yet, when I try to talk to the support team they all send me the EXACT same thing.. I wish they would just TALK to me.. and not have some dumb robot machine thing send me an email.. I want REAL support, not some copy and paste letter.. Ugh. Im so mad right now.. How long has it took y'all to get unfrozen?

TNT doesnt realize how hard we WORK to build up our accounts.. mine was a waste of 3 years.. 3 years online every single day, and what do I get? It's all gone in a matter of seconds. This just drives my nerves mad. Im sick of it.. and they cant say it can not be unfrozen.. because I have proof of my account.

I worked so hard on all of my pets.. Ye_lil_Guy the Baby Jubjub, Nebula_Q the Halloween Krawk, & Kinlono the Halloween Lupe.. I worked hard for what I got. I had trophies, many avatars, many items.. and what do I get in return of all my hard work? I get to be frozen.. thats what. So Adam if you're listening, I'd do something about all of these accounts that have been frozen lately.. it seems everyone is getting frozen for NO GOOD REASON! Im so tired of it!

I e-mailed a staff memeber directly and got an answer the next day. He said I should be able to access my account. It wasn't true ... but it was a fast response!

Hmmm..... Did you go to neoboards? That place is dangerous ground. Or you fall for a scam and someone use yr account to scam others? Hope you get some reply soon.

I went to the Neboards all the time.. I guess that was a pretty bad Idea x_x I sent an email to Carmen.. but I doubt she'll reply.

I also got attacked by a Cookie grabber one time.. he managed into my account.. but I got it back. Do you think it was him that got me frozen?

No, no emails. I switch email places..

Well, this is a different computer, so I dont have anything from it. My old computer was wiped out, and that was when I was frozen.. on my old computer.

Hmm.... nvm just mention them in your email to TNT, include the date and person who once got into yr account. Update and scan yr comp. TRy to remember what you were doing before you were frozen. If indeed, someone got in yr account, scan yr identity card and put it in yr email.

Yr old computer was infected by virus? THe reason it was wiped out?

I emailed them and told them everything about the day, all that I can remember anyway. Also about my account, like what was one it.

It had a virus once, yes, but we had to restore the whole computer.. so.. yeah.

That's not entirely true. My account (Zafara_fan_8000) is extremely old, and I visited the Neoboards (Well, Neochat) all the time in the first three years, and every once in a while to find a quick roleplay if I'm bored. Then again, things have changed a lot since then. These days, you just have to be careful about offending people.
