Locked castle problems

I have been playing Castle Battles for ages now and every time i beat the third castle and go to select it it's not there

Can anyone help me?

It's been a while since I played, but I think that you have to completely destroy it (knock down all the flags) in order to unlock it... Or maybe it was just that golden flag in the back (the only time I got the gold flag, I got all the others too, so I don't know which unlocked it).

The golden flag is unimportant. You have to defeat the level, and advance to the fourth level.

Are you getting the message in red text at the top of the screen that says "New Castle Unlocked!"?

Yes i am but not matter what i do when i go back to the castle select menu only the first two castles are there

You have cookies enabled, and the newest version of shockwave?

Make sure that when you defeat level 3, you play on level 4 and lose. Then try to get that castle.

I did all that, reset my cookies made sure they were active, downloaded the latest version of flash, won on the third castle twice and lost both times on the fourth and i still didn't get the castle.

That is really weird. I have no further advice, other than to ask what browser you are using.

I've tried it with IE, firefox and netsacpe. none of them work

I have the same problem, I've tried everything, cookies, and I have the newest version, but the 'unlocked castle' is quite... locked

i sent a FAQ question to TNT mabey if everyone who has this problem does the same they will look into it and fix it.

Yeah, that's really weird that it wouldn't work for you. That's a shame, too, because the third castle is pretty good.
