I was just watching TV here and saw a commercial for the Darkest Faerie game and I was like Neopets made a commercial for TV?!

Anyone else seen it?

I never saw a commercial for it, I've seen advertisements for it in magazines, though. I have a magazine that has quite a few advertisements for the game, and it has a really big one, too.

I've seen the commercial and I still have it on tape. Seems it came on during Yu-gi-oh GX. *looks around* Yeah, I Like GX and I record it.

The commerical wasn't that bad, truthfully. Better then McDonald's.

It's a kid running froma werelupe that chucks a bone at him and he dodge sit as he runs a corner, then, i think he ran into the Darkest Faerie, she laughs and this green smoke is around her and kept running past her. Then he ran into the Dark Knight that tried to attack him, so he runs into his house and slams the door. His mother ask how was his day and he says, something along the lines, "Same as always". Then they show some clips of the game.

Yeah, that's what I remember...only saw it a couple times...

A bit offtopic, but I remember tons of Neopets advertisements, I think mostly to advertise they were at McDonalds. I just remember lots... and lots... and lots... of annoying little children with smiles that were so enhanced by plastic surgery.

The game looks really good from the trailers, sadly I don't have a console that I could use for it.

I've seen both of those ads. Can't remember what show it was during, though. The game looks really cool, based on those ads. Wish I had the console for it.

Neopets ads are everywhere, it seems. I got a haircut a few weeks ago and the salon chain was giving out trading cards. It was a little weird.

As an avid X-play fan...it has not been reviewed, just previewed. heck, they've still haven't reviewed Shadow the Hedgehog and they had the chance last week,but gave a preview instead. I don't expect a review of this for a couple more weeks.

The preview they did of the game, they didn't bash it. I expect a 2 out of 5 nonetheless. Fan base games don't do well. *points to FMA and runs*

I saw the episode where they previewed it. Amused me, as it had old pages from the site. The prevamped Shops page and side bar the most noticable. Based on what I've seen on the game, and their review of it, I'm willing to bet it will get a three. Cause you have to admit, FMA wasn't the best video game out there and it still managed a two.

In unrelated news, I am mad at them for changing times (at least where I live). It used to be on from 10-11pm. It was pushed back thanks to the Man Show (which is beyond dumb) so I only get to catch the odd episode now and then. I miss my Morgan and Adam

In the link that rune posted, there was that gelert which I think was in some plot(thinking kass) the gelert with the dagger. I'm assuming it would be him, but what was his name again?

And really, I liked the FMA games.. they were fun and interesting to me. And this is comming from someone who -hasn't- watched the show or read the comic. ^^" *yawns*

Darn, though.. I hate working the shifts that I do. I don't get to see X-Play anymore, even if I only watch it just for the heck of it. I also like to have a general idea of what to expect in the games I'm going to be playing (even if I've disagreed with their reviews more than a few times.. ^^" Hehe).

The cutscenes look relatively well made, but the gameplay looks a bit thin. it's just the game that i would suck massively at

I must admit, I went to the site for the game and watched the trailer and it looks pretty good, I might buy it after christmas or something, not going to ask for it for xmas because I already want DDRExtreme2 and Karaoke Party Revolution (or something like that)

I might be interested in it (yes I have a Neopets account ), it looks basically like a generic platformer but with decent cutscenes (from what I've seen anyway). The commercial (like the Neopets Pocket Game Thing ((I forget the title)) ) is iffy and not to my liking.
